"Very poor experience from start to finish. MRI was never ordered and the office staff was grueling to speak with. I almost accidentally made a second appointment with them and realized it was the same chain. I was misdiagnosed from their orthopedic and ended up with permanent nerve damage to my thoracic region. She was busy investigating my deltoid muscle. Meanwhile I gained full paralysis as I waited weeks for the MRI order to go through. I would call and they would say they were waiting on insurance to approve. Not knowing what I was dealing with I waited two weeks and then contacted my insurance company to see if I could help get it through. They never received the MRI order. Just be careful if you go here."
