"This is the third fuller apartment homes complex we’ve stayed in and they’ve never disappointed. Two in Bakersfield and when we moved to SLO we chose CONNECT specifically because they were a fuller apartment homes community and knew they wouldn’t disappoint. The property manager Julie is the kindest and helpful person. She’s always there to make sure you as a resident are taken care of. Timely notices to inform you of any maintenance on units and just a call away for any issue. Once again, Fuller Apartment Homes has lived up to every expectation in finding a comfortable place to call home!"
"Living here has been a mixed bag. The apartments themselves are well appointed and have nice appliances. They are small and not very space efficient, lacking storage spaces. The building is super quiet and the gym is very well equipped. The big selling point for these apartments on the website is the Co-Work center which is featured front and center on the web page. First, the private offices are rented out to a company that is not site; None of them are rented by residents or even available to residents. It's a nice space but as you can see in the photos there is a kitchen, TV, etc. It's not really a conducive work space as there are people in an out all day long. It also cannot be rented for private events. There is an automated elevator garage on site, parking is otherwise very limited. The garage usually works well but goes down at times and there have been situations where people cannot retrieve their vehicles for some time. Overall a decent place to live for small nicely appointed apartments. It's not a conducive place to work from home if you were hoping to use the office area."

"While this office space is amazing and very reasonable, this company asked me to sign an 18 page small print lease for 56 SF of office space. I imagine many don't read all the fine print, but I did. The lease quickly connected signature dot to signature dot, you have to scroll backwards to actually read the content. Two final clauses ask the renter to waive their right to a jury trial and demand arbitration. While I have leased commercial spaces in the past and have been a residential landlord for almost 30 years, I know that leases are negotiable, but Connect refused to remove these clauses, which if you research, are not something you want to agree to. What a bummer this company (wherever they are from) has this mentality and moved in to our community."
