"Think twice before moving in here. Unless you are maybe the very top unit of this apartment complex. I am absolutely not exaggerating when I say the walls are extremely THIN IN this structure. These apartments were built in 2000s. You can hear every little foot step above the apartment units, even normal walking. You can even hear your neighbors closing and opening the cabinets. I have emailed the community manager here, David multiple times about noise complaints above the unit and even with video evidence, etc there is nothing they can do. If you end up moving into a unit with a family above you, good luck. Also the heating / cooling units are out dated so the noise of the heater is extremely LOUD at all times. I would strongly advise to pick a new built building where everything is up to date and not overpriced just because of the location of these apartments. In reality, these apartments are not and should not be considered luxury units."
"We lived there for 18 months, overall it was nice experience. But there were couple of incidents that has forced me take out a couple of stars. 1) Move out Charge: During the last inspection they told us that Carpet only needs to be cleaned and there will charges for painting & basic cleaning. But eventually they ended up charging us for the carpet replacement + painting + General cleaning ($530) and Stove top replacement ($420). So the total was way more than we expected. 2) Break-in my car in the underground gated parking. No idea, how the person got in. When I went to the Management to complain , they were quite casual about it. And it seemed like this wasn't the 1st incident and surprisingly the CCTV's were not working. Eventually there was nothing, I could do about it."
"My experience actually living at Domicilio was not terrible. What made this experience worse than a one star is the way that management conducts themselves, especially regarding the move out process. Domicilio took it upon themselves to throw out everything in our apartment 10 days prior to our scheduled move out and lease was up despite the fact that they had one out of four sets of keys. I returned to my apartment prepared to finish moving out and everything was gone, carpets replaced, fully repainted prior to our lease was even up. After, violating our lease and our right to present at any inspection, they proceeded to attempt to charge us for throwing out our belongings and taking the full month’s rent. Thankfully my law experience allowed me to fight the situation and get a partial refund. However, the refund took them three months to send to me and when they did they lost/disregarded the paperwork I provided asking for it to be in one name. Once again putting the work on me to reach out three months after this catastrophe and attempt to contact them in order to get my money back as the check is unusable. After all of this, they proceeded to tell me they changed their policy in the last month and no longer issue checks in one persons name. They refused to honor their previous policy (which was in place the four-five months prior when we originally submitted all of our paperwork the month before we moved out) and told us there was nothing they could do despite the fact that the reason this was an issue was because they lost our paperwork multiple times and waited three months to send an unusable refund check. Overall, the management and leasing office organization and staff is horrendous. While the actual apartments might be nice I recommend you avoid living here. No apartment complex is nice enough to warrent this nightmare of an agency."
"Beautiful locality and nice amenities. Also, great views on either side. You can see the sunrise while jogging in the morning and witness the lovely sun rays hit the gym in the evening. The lounge area is also very nice and has a theater as well as a dining area that you can reserve for family gatherings. The only negative is the management and their behavior while you're moving out. I think for the high price and maintenance cost, they should take care of the move out procedure and expenses in a more humane way."
"Moved in a few months back. Very calm and peaceful apartments. The trees all around make for a great walk (both inside and around the area). Super friendly and helpful management (both in the office and the maintenance folks) . So glad we found this place!"
