"Had appointment in advance for vaccine and also have arrived 15 minutes earlier, but there was no guide for the process and there were bunch group of customers waiting around the area, when I asked the staff at vaccine spot, she was kind of rude and didn’t answer my question about the process. I only can waiting there for about half hour and no one was checking on me. Later I asked the register person for the process and was told they are short of staff and three were quit, and there should be only one line and it took A WHILE to get a staff to ask. I mean if it is a walk in vaccine, waiting for even one hour I total understand and get it, but here is for appointment, and with no guidelines on-site and still need to wait so long, which is I don’t accept."
