CVS Pharmacy

"As someone who has worked in and around the medical field I tend to give more grace than most. I understand how busy and overwhelmed a Pharmacy might be and how stressful that can make staff. I also understand that being understaffed doesn’t make those issues any easier. However, hanging up on clients, making clients wait on hold for long periods of time (conveniently until your lunch hour), and being completely unaware of what it is you have in stock/stocking issues in general is completely unacceptable. I very rarely air my grievances about companies especially online but this is ridiculous and there needs to be a change. I’m lucky enough that my medications aren’t for keeping me alive but what about your hundreds of other clients that do need medication to continue living? Is it okay that they aren’t receiving appropriate care? I don’t think so. Do better, no Be Better."

"Jamila in the pharmacy is really rude- overall they have the worst pharmacy employees here- I hope their management can fix their prescription delays. They are not even responding to their phone line."

"This pharmacy does not know what they are doing. Pharmacist: Ann and Melony The pharmacist was about to dispatch a month old prescription and when told that there is a new prescription in the queue, she blatantly refused to acknowledge. It’s open late hours else there is no reason to go here."

"I wish there is a zero star option. I had a COVID booster shot appt at 12:45 pm today. Before I arrived, I received both text message and email reminders for the appointment. Upon arrival and waited in the line for 10 min, they told me they ran out of vaccine yesterday. Yet they never cancelled the appointment and there was no sign in the store telling people they ran out of vaccine. After I spoke with a pharmacist, she said she will cancel the appointment now."
