"The Asian pharmacist has an attitude. She is rude. She did twice to me already about picking up my BP prescription. She even asked me if I am going to get my BP prescription or not!!! Heck what a question??? Of course, I need that prescription!!! If anything happens to me I will blame her!!!"

"One of the main issues with this pharmacy is that one lady who's in charge is super rude, short with you and doesn't care about you. Only focuses on getting the orders filled and she's to busy to help you. It has been frustrating especially while trying to use the single care coupon or good rx. Never had an issue when I was at Luckys."

"Awful customer service at the pharmacy. I called to get prescriptions transferred to this phamacy. The pharmacist who answered literally said “you have to call the other store” and hung up on me. I’m assuming she was very stressed, but being hung up on without a chance to ask a question was not a pleasant experience. Next time, I’d love to see the pharmacist exhibit a degree of care for their customers. I’ll be switching to Walgreens as a result of this."
