"Don't get me wrong. The ladies who work in there are super nice and very professional. Its just i felt like it was a waste of time. I couldn't relate to everyone in group therapy. There was one patient who made a racist remark to white people and it made me extremely uncomfortable. The therapist did nothing about her behavior and i was quite disgusted. This country is always a disappointment to me when it comes to mental health. This teaches me that therapy is a scam. also i was the only male minority in there. its all women. that's not good for men's mental health. Men and Women have different struggles in mental health. I am never doing group therapy now after this since its all gynocentric. As a misanthrope i just cant relate to groups. my struggles are far more different and it wasn't addressed. Only good thing about that place is they bring Panera Bread over"
