"Unprofessional and rude. Doctor did not even bother to evaluate me properly before misdiagnosing me. My concerns were completely dismissed. If you need medical care do not go here. It will likely be a waste of time and money. They are not able to provide basic services you would expect at an "urgent care." There is also a lack of privacy because you can hear conversations happening in the other rooms."

"I had a debilitating migraine, and sought help at this urgent care, which I have never done before. I left with no medicine, a prescription that I had to go to 4 pharmacies and two cities to try to fill, and phone call after phone call to authorize emergency supply of migraine meds. When I called them to ask what the insurance hold up was, they told me I was out of luck and to take ibuprofen. I asked if they could treat me in the Urgent Care if I came back, and they said no. I spent 3 hours running around with a horrible, vomit inducing migraine to access medication. I wish they cared more."
