"I went in having symptoms of pink eye. I was quickly seen, asked relevant questions about it and other symptoms. I got a prescription for what I wanted and a good explanation of how to use it."

"When I arrived for my appointment, they canceled it and said they couldn't see me because I need to see my primary care doctor for the thing I needed. Why didn't they call me to cancel it instead of having me drive 20 minutes in traffic to my appointment? Even after that, they didn't cancel it in their system, so I had to talk to customer service over the phone in order to avoid getting charged."

"My last visit (prior to this one) in December was great. I loved PA, Moonny Lee, and had an excellent experience. Dr. Lee had a great bedside manner and was kind, knowledgeable and provided help in great detail and FAST. My latest visit (in February) was not so great. I found NP, Ryan Sunho Kim, to be cold, uncaring, and I probably will not return. My PCP was booked out for 6 weeks so I thought that using the Sutter ‘same-day walk-in care’ option would be a good fit for non-urgent but concerning symptoms. When I got to the appointment Ryan offered very little assistance and left me feeling like I should not have wasted my time on the appointment. Good caring doctors are hard to find and I certainly felt it with Ryan. Patients should never feel like a burden for trying to receive care. This was not a great experience."

"Walked in a minute or so early and waited in line, someone came out looking for me at my appointment time, got me through the weigh in, temp/BP and registration. After a wait of less than 2 minutes the PA walked in, we took care of business and I was out within 20 minutes of arrival - totally satisfied 5 star service."

"The urgent care staff at Sutter Walk-in care at Davis were friendly and courteous. The office and exam rooms were clean, with a bright and comfortable environment. I don't know how fast a walk-in patient would be seen, but I made an online appointment through their website, and was seen rather quickly. I would come back for any future urgent care needs."
