"When my dog chewed the electrical cables connecting the sprinklers to the timer, my family was put in a late-night emergency situation. After attempting to take our dog to multiple late night animal hospitals in Banning, San Bernardino and Redlands, we had to settle on taking her into Redlands Emergency. We waited from 9pm until 12am to be placed in a room and then spent an additional hour waiting to speak with a doctor. Frustrated with the delays, we decided to decline any services and follow up with the local vet first thing in the morning. As soon as Calimesa Veterinary Clinic opened in the morning, I called to explain our situation and without hesitation the receptionist made sure we would be seen upon arrival. All the staff that assisted us were so helpful and made me feel reassured that my dog was being treated with care and urgency. Our dog is okay now. She is as healthy and happy as can be.
