"The receptionist is absolutely rude, arrogant and has a nasty attitude. She needs to take a customer service training class and find a new job that doesn't have her speaking to people up front. This type of attitude will run customers away, positivity and niceness goes a long way."

"I have been going for a several years. About 8 months ago, all new staff and reassignment of staff. They are very busy, lots of people need foot/toenails appointments and surgery. Good shoes available if insurance covers. Some staff are polite and helpful, some are less people friendly. I received good help from Marissa. She is great! and very helpful."

"This visit is for my 90 year old mother who now cannot walk because of the last podiatrist carving into her calloused foot, inviting infection and immobilizing her. I am partly reponsible for missing the 1st appointment. They do not call to remind their patients. I give a one star b/c it should NOT rest on the patient to ensure an authorization is in place before the appointment, not when we arrive and wait an hour to find out this revelation. Adding to this was she was in ER, then skilled nursing for this very problem, hence the need for the specialist/podiatrist. Bad service and a waste of our time."
