"If I could give negative stars they would have them the nurses are great but evrything else is horrible even charge nurses they sit to high in their position that they won't come down to get a proper complain plus they violete your privacy with their TV sitters if anyone has to be put here is like a torture chamber you don't get the proper treatment I have realize all nurses at this facility are fairly new and the ones at actual hospital have more experience and nolage"
"Always come here for my medical care, have had awesome nurses a couple not so pleasant but for the most part all been super nice . DRS are super pleasant and it's the only trauma hospital around so yeah there is a wait time...."
"The room was filthy and LLUH billed me for $7,000 of services I didn't receive.I was so disappointed as I have always heard so many good things about Loma Linda. My room was filthy - I am attaching pictures. One picture is from the filthy floor next to my bed, another is of the rusty, dirty IV pole and the last is of a door next to my bed leading outside to a patio. I was fighting a horrible knee infection after having a TKA two weeks before at the same facility - coincidence? The room was crowded with 3 beds and a lot of equipment, making it dangerous to even walk to the bathroom. I had to keep asking to get my bedding changed. Wouldn't clean bedding be a good idea when fighting a knee infection? Not even given a clean gown. There were some in a closet next to the restroom so I would get the clean one myself. I had a Picc line inserted in my upper arm in this filthy room. Afterwards, the Technician left me laying there with blood all over the top of my gown and on the sheets of the bed. My visitor had to go out to the nurses desk to ask someone to get me cleaned up.Thank God I didn't get an additional infection from that! I disputed $7,000 of Physical and Occupational Therapy charges as I never received the services, but because their staff wrote down on my chart they provided them, they are not removing them. I didn't ask for charity from Loma Linda in disputing these charges, I was simply asking them to do the honest, right thing. I have every intention of paying the bill for the services I received but I will not pay for the services I didn't receive. LLUH is a Seventh Day Adventist facility and they are charitable to families who need the help. I would like to see them add the word "honest" to their mission. My suggestion is, if you have a choice of hospitals, avoid all of the Loma Linda facilities. They were not honest/accurate with my billing and who knows if they do this with all of their billing (make-up services and inflate the dollar amounts)?"
"Staffs are very nice and considerate however; The wait is ridiculous. Also, too many non patients waiting…taking up seats. I feel worse than I did when I arrived. I was literally in tears trying to fight through my symptoms/issues. If I were in Mexico, I would’ve received better service in a timely manner and price out of pocket is very reasonable. Medical establishments in the US are pathetic, an excuse for everything. I’ve transported inmates and parolees to Loma Linda and the service appeared to be top notch compared to this foolishness. I have to prepare myself mentally and emotionally for any future visits. I pray my future visits are physicals only. Also, I was in line to check in to an appointment last week. Due to being in their line, I checked in 2 minutes after my appointment and was sent away. On MyChart, it was documented a no show…LIES!!!!"
"I was treated for cervical cancer at this hospital with Dr Momeni. From my pre-op visits, and the two surgeries I needed to have, everyone was really nice. Dr Momeni himself is brief, but he made an effort to personally inform my family of how my surgery had gone and both surgeries went very well. Every anesthesiologist i spoke to was really thorough and communicative and made me feel comfortable. I was mostly dreading my overnight visit because I HATE staying in hospitals. In my past experiences, every hospital I’ve stayed at is depressing and dirty and the staff is usually rude. This overnight visit was so different though. Every single nurse was really patient and kind. I never felt concerned that I’d be forgotten in my room, because I was checked on constantly and gently. My overnight nurse was Rob and he was really nice and helpful. I also had a room with a nice view, so my stay didn’t feel claustrophobic at all. I can’t really think of a single bad thing to say, every facet of this rather stressful and scary ordeal has been made as pleasant as possible by every staff member I encountered."
