"I have been with Dr Tran for over a decade. She is kind, caring and listens to when I talk to her about whatever is going on in my body. I recently had to change my insurance & am paying for it myself due to the change. I didn’t realize medical is so expensive! My insurance agent was trying to put me on a plan that would meet my needs & save me a little. I refused it and chose B.S PPO because Dr Tran accepted this insurance. He asked if my doctor was worth an extra $200-300 a month more? My answer,” Yes she is.” I highly recommend Dr Tran & the entire Buena Park Medical team. My dad used to see Dr Yi when he was alive. Dr Yi was so kind to my Dad and very patient. Took good care of my pops. Great doctors & their staff is amazing."

"If I could give them 0 stars I would. It’s July of 2023, ONLY doctors office asking for a COVID test. HOWEVER masks are optional. I would go to my pcp but he’s not available until August. I saw my PCP last week at St Joseph Hospital, (got an X-ray) they didn’t ask about a mask or COVID testing."

"This is the worst and most unprofessional place I have ever been to. For starters they always take you back 30 minutes or so after your scheduled appointment. I’ve had a couple experiences where I was shocked because I was left without being bullied. The Dr’s and staff are both equally as awful. These are not the type of people that should be working in health care."

"Went for my annual health check up, Dr.Felica Tran did nothing much. A quick check up like it was formality...it’s a waist of time. the office staff there are unwelcoming/unfriendly. Looking for another general physician and better clinic."

I will give him 5 star Other problem is I have called multiple times and left messages to nurses voicemail asking them to call me back, they never did."
