"Dr. Storage has assisted me immensely, and I am so grateful for his knowledge and compassion. Hedy, the HBOT director at Costa Mesa clinic, is nothing short of amazing! She's caring, accommodating, knowledgeable, and comforting. Great experience thus far."
"This was some of the more disappointing service I've received from any medical clinic, office, doctor, etc. It was all fine and well, up until the point that matters, the results, recommendations, and follow up (I'd say that's why you're there in the first place). Also, that is all included in the fee you happily pay for a very important field of care. Once the scans were completed, and it was time for results and recommendations, it was unenthusiastic, and a pretty worthless experience that I've had with any doctor or medical professional. It was really weird, frankly. I was given a very vague, off the cuff, and unthoughtful recommendation for treatment, that really wasn't a recommendation, it was sort of a "maybe try this.." OR questions, "have you ever done this... k". I also had to be the one to bring up additional factors that impact, shared that accurate data, and it was brushed off, and I'm being told by other professionals that that data indicates a need for addressing. Meanwhile, I'm receiving advertising emails from Amen clinic that identify those factors I brought up as critical to this particular field of health, while the doctors I'm dealing with don't consider it important. I will say that they asked that I share the data for their review, but at that point, my best option was to search elsewhere, and I have, and have seen a major improvement. This field is evolving and growing rapidly and other entities can provide recommended treatments, so make sure you do your homework and are comfortable up front, and get commitments that you will be receiving thoughtful follow up and recommendations with thought and care, instead of checking the box that the service you paid for was complete."
"This was the worst experience I've ever had with any medical clinic, office, doctor ever. If you are considering seeking scanning, tests, treatment for conditions related to what this clinic treats, search elsewhere. Others have this technology, and much better staff. Others look at a lot more factors as well. And I've already been working with another. It is a night and day difference. It felt like a scam, frankly. I spent the entire $ amount of the service prior to receiving results and recommendations. Now, I see why. The big moment that you have been waiting for after all of the scans and tests, now that you have also spent all the $, was unenthusiastic, rushed to be done, lazy, zero responsiveness to information, and a big fat nothing, and complete ignorance to any other potential factors, that their clinic themselves identify as major factors. I had to be the one to bring up additional factors related to this practice and symptoms they treat, shared that data, and the "doctor" shrugged it off. Told me to maybe try something, a supplement. Then, when I voiced my disappointment with the worst service I've ever had, the person told me "well, the $5,000 you spent wasn't for this part anyways." REALLY? So, spend $5,000 and then when it comes to the part that matters, results and recommendations for treatment, and it's absolute garbage. Once you pay for the scans, AND you also pay for recommendations and results review, AND you have paid for follow-ups, they do not care anymore and it's wildly evident. You already paid, so next. Unbelievable."
"I’m grateful for my experience at the Amen Clinic. My team of doctors - Dr. Storage and Dr. Filidei - have helped me understand and prioritized my mental health. With the help of the brain scans and proper evaluations we found the right answers, to create the best set of protocols to help me find the balance I have been longing for. I feel my doctors really have my back and are constantly fine tuning my treatments, making the necessary adjustments to make sure I life to my full potential."
"Amen Clinics has changed the the trajectory of by mine and my son's mental health and our understanding of it. We couldn't be more complimentary of the care that we have received throughout our time with the clinic. From Lauren, our patient outcome manager, who was so thorough and responsive to Dr. Momaya and Dr. Storage who have educated us and provided us with incredible recommendations and care, along with the rest of the staff who helped us throughout our evaluation process. We are thankful."
