"This is not for civilians!!!!!!!We thought just as it read Visitors Center. No it is not. We walked in and it was like DMV with 3 member staff counters. I specifically asked...Is this a visitors ctr. The African American gentleman said Yes. The Hispanic Female said we had to.move.our R V. I then asked a second time....This is a visitor ctr? I then added No this is not for civilian s....Why didn't you let us know. And we walked out. Sad.....We all are Americans and we should be one team."
