They do a thorough job of understanding your injury and finding exercises that will actually help and not just a general set of exercises. I had gone for my wrist and for once it actually healed as it was supposed to and now that ive completed my sessions it does not hurt at all. thanks guys "

"I started physical therapy a few weeks post op and thought my appointments were going to be a waste of my time since I was in very little pain. After my first evaluation with Jay, I was able to see how limited my range of motion was and knew that we would have some work to do over the next few weeks. He did develop a plan and pushed me each session to make progress which lead me to meeting my ultimate range of motion and strength goals when I finished my 7 weeks of PT. Maria greeted me every morning with a smile and friendly disposition. She kept me on track and made sure I was done with my exercises so I could arrive to work on time. The 7 am start time was a huge reason why I picked Golden Bear over the other places in town, but I am glad I did because it was a great experience. Josue always had a funny comment which made the early appointments entertaining. Itzel was helpful setting up my initial intake paperwork, scheduled all of my appointments in advance and even washed my coffee mug for me when I left it there one morning. I hope I never have a need for physical therapy again, but if I do, I will definitely pick Golden Bear Los Banos!"
