"I just discovered that there was a Stanton Optical here in Los Baños yesterday. I went there this morning to see if I could get my eyeglass frames repaired. Lorena and I'm sorry, I don't remember the other young lady's name. But they worked very hard to assist me. I wound needing to purchase a new pair of frames. And again, they worked just as hard helping me find the perfect frames."

"I made an appointment and explained to rep what i needed and how i had no problem paying for service. I purchased new frames and let them know that i just needed the lenses put on new frame. So they made me appointment for 930 and i get there and i hear a whole different story.Wasted my gas and my time and its not like i was not willimg to pay for whatever they wanted to charge me.
