"Folks, you don't have to use Quest, there are Lab Corps across the street, and the hospital, it has a lab. Patronize the businesses that appreciate you, Quest has become so impersonal that they've forgotten that without customers they don't have a purpose."

"I had an appointment at 1pm then I was able to reschedule to 11:50AM when i got there they didn't accept me at 11:50AM. I showed the woman my appointment scheduled on my phone and she didn't care and asked me to sign in as a walk in. I waited for a good 20 minutes just to be told my rescheduled appointment was not going to be accepted. That was ridiculous and lazy of them to not honor my new appointment even after I showed them proof of my appointment."

"The lady there is RUDE !!! And discriminated us and another Hispanic lady …I was waiting for 10 minutes so my 2 year old can get her blood drawn and the white lady came out saying that their closing even though I came in an hour before closing and waited…and another elderly lady came in and she’s white and the phlebotomist took her in…even though she was a walk in as well DON’T COME HERE very racist"

"RUDE! Flat out rude... Zero compassion. My mom, who is undergoing cancer treatment, needs to have her blood drawn frequently and always comes out bruised from her arm. It’s unfortunate that this is the only lab in town. And for that reason, I rather drive my mom to Turlock or Modesto, to ease her stress."
