"You would think after 10+ years with Ran Health that they would still treat me respectfully.... NOT the case... They are cold, they don't ever answer my calls, (that nothing new), but when they refused to refill medications... I lost it... How can they legally do this. They are life saving medications for diabetes and high blood pressure... done with this place"

"They rarely answer the phone. They rarely return your call after leaving a message. They will usually do 2 phone consults and even prescribe antibiotics before they will see you in person (and this is after I test negative for COVID). They are not good at following up with referrals - this is a common occurrence. It is not my norm to leave a review, but when I ran across this, I decided it was time. I have been very patient and kind toward them. I do think the staff is friendly."

"Dr. Verrappa is the only reason i go here. The rest of the staff (Dr. & nurse practitioner) are cold and dont care to connect with patients. It seems as though they jus became Dr.s and nurses for just the career and money. Dr Verrappa, you can see he loves being a Dr. And he has great bed side manners. He is a Great Dr."

"I have nothing but great things about this location! One time, when my daughter was 9 month old she had a fever, but I just started at my new job so my insurance hadn’t kicked in yet and I wasn’t trying to go to the emergency room. We called and got in right away! Got antibiotics for my daughter and she was better right within a day. I am forever thankful for Rans Health Service, also their staff is seriously so sweet! You won’t be disappointment going to this doctors office."
