"Its says its open from 8-5pm m-f but Ive been calling since 8am and its now 8:15am and the phones are still off. I understand the receptionist need to settle in each morning but if you open at 8am you should be ready to start answering phones by 8am and not transferring our calls to the after hours call center that doesnt pick up either cause its not after hours!!"
"Extremely rude. We went in on time for an appointment. Front desk lady checked me in (at least thats what I thought). The receptionist became extremely rude and condescending when I informed her we had Medical and not private insurance. She provided us with paper work and once we were done with the paper work she said we had to reschedule because we were LATE (it took me long to complete the documents) We had to take a day off from work to drive to Salinas. I called my doctor and asked to never be sent to this office again."
"The resources worker Rosa Armenta is the most incompetent person I've ever incountered in a professional setting. I was put on early disability (which is her job to help me with) my claim didn't get filed until almost 3 months after. She's a joke! She doesn't care about helping the patients. She shouldn't be in a position to assist pregnant women or anyone!"
