"The staff was excellent with their service. I came in on a Friday 10 minutes before closing, they was happy to complete my drug screen. I was able to check-in, provide sample, and receive all paperwork in under ten minutes. Excellent customer service. Highly recommended."

"Physical therapy was very nice and always quick to get into. However, if you’re seeing a doctor plan to wait hours. Which is ridiculous. If seeing PT and a doctor it’s most likely 3 hours in total. They book appointments but for what? You arrive at the time and just sit in a room often times while the doctor is sitting in an office."

"Service was generally very good. Excellent nurse care and pretty good NP care. Just long wait times. I was informed that Mondays and Fridays are busy days. I was there from 1130am - 4pm. Guess I’ll come on Tuesday-Thursdays."

"This place is ridiculous. Don’t come here. They don’t care about you and only want you just out the door. They have great physical therapists, but the doctors and the front office is a joke. My insurance company sent all the authorization form and when I called to confirm, they kept saying how never got it and was rude. My hip injury developed over time and I was in a lot of pain. The Concentra doctor touched my hip area and told me that I was just “fine”. I later went to a chiropractor in Los Gatos because I was in a lot of pain, they understood exactly why I was in pain and treated me immediately. The Concentra doctor kept just telling me to transfer to Kaiser. Obviously just doesn’t want to deal with me. I know people might have bad days, but she was really rude and her tone wasn’t kind at all. I’m not asking for much, but they don’t need to treat people this way either. It seems like they would only consider your injury if you probably like broke your bones somewhere or something. Just terrible."

"Twice, my samples weren’t ample. So, Lyn, the Office Manager, (there on Sunday; her day off) chatted patiently with me as I drank lots of water. I’ve never had a problem producing a sample until yesterday. We were there for an hour waiting for my bladder to cooperate. She was sooo great; I was just panicked. But I calmed down after seeing her calm. I provided a sufficient sample finally. Lyn was fantastic; she does her job very well."
