"This place was a ripoff. I paid about $1800 for 2 tickets before Covid. Covid pushed our flights back because Fiji wasn’t allowing visitors. When we reached out to both Zulfi and Fameeza they say that they refunded to an account which wasn’t my account. I never received the refund. It’s been over two years and they refuse to actually refund. unfortunately this has happened to so many people! Not only this but they closed out this company and never reached out to me!"

"This company is a Joke and should only get a rate of 0. I purchased Tickets from Raja and Covid Hit, Now trying to book my flights and Fiji Airways say the Raja closed my Tickets. So what did they do run off with my Money?? The person who took over wanted to have me pay another $50.00 a person to re book my family of 8 however with all the reviews says she runs off with your money and when I called her she said she would call me back and never did and just brushed me off until I told her I was going to put a bad review up on her. If you are smart DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!!! You are better off getting the tickets somewhere else or going through the airline. I have also filed a complaint with BBB."

"If I could give zero stars, I would. Hi Everyone, do not do business with Meeza Travel. My Dad had purchased two tickets to Fiji from her in beginning of 2020 and paid cash. When the pandemic happened, she refused to refund his money. She always made excuses and blamed it on the airline. My Dad then asked her for a credit for a future flight when travel opens up. Late last year, my dad asked her to apply his credit from his initial purchase of flight to a new flight to Fiji and if there is any difference between the amount, to let my dad know and he’ll pay it. She told my dad that he would only have to pay $200 extra and she can book his new flight for this year May. She drove to his house and picked up $200 cash from him and never booked his tickets. Weeks went by and he sent her messages asking about his flight. Then she finally responded and said that he needed to now buy a whole different set of tickets from a different airline. She has yet to return his money. And she won’t even respond to his messages. We all are very disappointed in her business. All she does is take advantage of people and making false promises and cheating people."

"This is the first and last time I am dealing with this company. I have been in contact with Aveen Maharaj regarding our refund since June of 2020. He never submitted the request but kept telling me that its in process. I had to get my lawyers involved for him to process the refund. He just submitted the refund yesterday. 11 months and still no refund. Please don't book your tickets from them. Terrible customer service."

"7/15/2020 Fameeza Ali finally sent us our refund and charged us $140 per ticket for 4 tickets total of $560. When she told us that the standard charge is $95 per ticket. She told 2 other customers a lesser amount. Her unprofessional self couldn’t provide a itemized receipt and is telling she won’t until this lockdown is over as her business is closed. Yet she’s trying so hard to sell tickets online, social media and through emails but can’t provide a receipt. I mean we all know why she can’t! Only a person doing wrong and stealing are going to behave like her. She’s definitely not a person of her words or knows a thing about ethics, dignity or self respect! I emailed Fiji airways and was in contact with one the agents and an accountant to process my refund and I informed them that Raj Travel isn’t updating us nor replaying. I guess they reached out to her and she turned it around and texted my husband as if she is working so hard and calling Fiji for our refund! She basically did nothing and acted as if she had made attempts to check on the refund process. I just can’t fathom the length of her lies, unprofessionalism and character. Fameeza Ali the owner of Raj Travel texted us multiple time and tried to pressure us to remove my reviews !! This is the kind of business she’s running. We decided to purchase tickets from them for the first time and we completely regret it!! I called Raj Travel back in March for some quotes and was given a reasonable price which I was interested in but needed to confirm with my husband for the dates. I called back within 24 hours to book the flight and same guy told me the prices have changed and quoted me double from the original quote. I decided not to purchase at that time and later that week I mentioned to my BIL about Raj Travel and he knew Zulfi and he right away called him for the prices for that same dates and he was given a better prices from the first original quote. We decided go ahead and book it and Zulfi asked for the payment within the next 3 days in Cash only! We paid him and then the pandemic happened. Now we’re in mid May after we questioned Zulfi about what’s going to happen with our tickets he informed us either we can get credit and pay the difference or a refund after he deducts his commission of $95 per ticket. We have 4 tickets through them. Now all travel agents and airlines are give 100 percent refund without any penalties or fees and here Raj Travel wants to pocket commission even after the whole pandemic situation. He texted us that the airlines are getting a bailout and his not and that he needs to charge us for his cost of operating.(obviously he doesn’t know anything about doing business). Zulfi is refusing to give our refund and which is ok because end of the day there’s always small court that we can file with and get our money back. It will take some time but definitely not letting a unethical business like his get away with it. If anyone is also struggling to get their refund or any other issues please file a complaint with 1. BBB ( better business bureau) 2. FTC ( federal trade commission) 3. DOJ ( department of justice) 4. Email Michael Finney at [email protected] 5. Wait for courts to open and file with small claims (not difficult at all) just a long wait."
