"I rented from bodega bay escapes last Christmas. Photos were beautiful online. Upon arrival, the two homes were dirty, barely cleaned, the lights in the entire house went out various times and had to find the breaker in the middle of the night. I called the number for assistance, and no one answered. We also found a cockroach in the downstairs room, and the bathtub had cobwebs. When I complained and asked for a partial refund, they were unaccommodating and told me via email that I could leave on Christmas Eve if I wanted a partial refund back (which they knew was impossible). I would NOT RECOMMEND this service/ business. They were subpar considering the accommodations, high prices and lack of costumer service."

"Beware. When you reach out to make an inquiry on a property you could be misled as to what is available. We were told a property that could fit our group, got excited and started planning and then were told we couldn’t fit. I understand they have policies but be upfront to start with so you don’t get people’s hopes up. We have a lot of children and are frequent renters of various places always with good reviews and feedback. Their stance was honestly large family unfriendly. It came off that “too many kids” is a bad thing. Responsible adults with kids shouldn’t be judged or precluded."
