"The only state park managed by a Native American tribe. State parks gave it back to the Yurok Tribe in 2022. This park is beautiful and easy to get to. Enjoy kayaking, hiking and fishing. Make sure you check out the visitor center as well."

"Cool little place with very helpful staff. Not park staff but knowledgeable. Maps, T-shirts, local art, kayak rentals. Barn swallow nests under the eaves. You can launch your own kayak from the shore here."
