"Have contacted DCT multiple times, with two voicemails left over the course of a week inquiring about their registered agent service. I have heard nothing back. I'm not inclined to do business or recommend their service."

"After 4 closing at 4 different title companies, this one is by far the worst. Didn’t get final closing numbers until within 24 hours of closing and it wasn’t right. After emailing back and forth for hours the final question from Lisa at DCT was “does the seller even care?” Care about numbers on a closing not being correct?! Yes!"

"Will not use again, they forgot to submit our closing documents on a property we sold in May. The following January I got a few bills regarding said property, that is how I found out. It was near impossible to get anyone to call me back and get the issue resolved. Once things appeared resolved on their end they would not return ANY of my messages. I spent weeks resolving issues with county, town and home owners association where the property was located. I understand mistakes happen but the lack of communication and willingness to correct things from their mistake is very unprofessional."

"We recently closed on a construction loan and we are not impressed. First, they lost our check we gave them on the day of closing. Called us a week later requesting payment. We had a carbon of the check and proof of course. They never admitted they lost our payment but finally agreed to pay to cancel our check. I talked to Tammy the president who seemed more interested in getting me off the phone then her company losing a check. Will not use them again."

"It is very sad that you have someone like Heather in Friendship representing your company. When I advised her what my attorney stated after she had sent me docs, she started yelling at me. She was very loud on the phone and I asked her to calm down. I am not one of her children!! I have worked with the public for over 40 years and NEVER have I spoke to a customer as she did me. She was rude and unprofessional. She did apologize, stating that she had a bad day, but that comes too little too late. She threatened to cancel the whole deal. This conversation took place on 02/25/2021 and I am hoping that you record conversations. For a real estate deal that was running so smoothly (due to the excellent realtor I had) she sure knows how to put someone on edge with her "know it all" attitude. She needs to go to class on how to deal with public and answer questions tactfully."
