"We needed a place to stay for a night before flying out of palm springs and we're looking for somewhere not too pricy. There were many mixed reviews for this plus but since it was dog friendly and reasonably priced we thought we'd give it a shot. If you are looking for new and fancy, this isn't your place! If you're looking for budget friendly, decent rooms, in a great location, with extremely friendly staff, you can't go wrong. The good: - the staff (I think the man checking us in was Stephen) were amazing. Very friendly and helpful and offered some great suggestions, also brought us extra towels when he saw us in the hot tub. - the hot tub is huge, and it was lovely as was the pool and the whole pool area. - ample parking, great location -water pressure in the shower was fab! - sink separated from toilet/shower room which is always nice. - New vinyl floors were lovely - Dog friendly and we were greated by Olivia the bulldog, who loves to be loved on. The not so good: - the pillows need replacing - I would also suggest upgrading the bedding, although it was clean and fine - could use a shower caddy and towel rack near the shower. All in all we weren't sure how it was gonna be, and we were pleasantly surprised and would stay there again on our next visit."

"Basic room, two beds. A light didn’t work so a little dark. Thin walls for those downstairs. No Play Pen child beds available at all. Besides that a good place to crash once"

"Completely dilapidated motel! Just enter quickly without touching or looking at anything, and you'll be okay...oh, and make sure not to trip on the weird, wrinkly, indoor/outdoor carpet that has been sloppily laid out on the walkway. I am sooo confused by anyone who gave this place a decent review! It is a complete health hazard in every way! The first room I was given smelled so bad like Marijuana that my suitcase still smells like it. Every inch of the shower and toilet had grime built up on it. The whole room was grimy in addition to being asthetically apauling. A depressing and nerve-racking stay as I tried not to touch anything."

"Great stay, friendly staff. It's definitely a step up from how I remembered it. They must have remodeled as everything looked new and fresh. Rooms nice and big. Nice place, and for the price it's a steal!"

"We had the best stay. Steve is over the top with his customer service. Great rooms with a very comfortable bed. Loved the beautiful pool n area around it."
