"Quality declined greatly, only one employee working most of the time, and it takes forever to get a sandwich during rush time. All sandwiches taste the same. Last time they didn't take my coupon because they said it was already used, a coupon that arrived at my mail a day before."
"The food was good and the staff built the sandwich do it wasn't wimpy. Mu only real issue was I think it's inappropriate to tell a customer you don't like your job because people call out too much. As a customer I have no control over that. I'm polite, pick up after myself, and order efficiently. That's where my part stops."
