"Phenomenal French brasserie with exquisitely authentic classic French brasserie cuisine. The food is incredible. Highly recommend the Boeuf Bourguignon and Filet Mignon à la sauce d'Est. Served by a wonderfully accommodating staff!"
"Overall, I was not satisfied enough to want to return. The food was fine to eat, but rather disappointing at the price point. I expected more elevated flavors and was met with a rather plain tasting meal. However, the service was great. The atmosphere was nice, but not good for an intimate date. At the height of dinner hour, it was kind of loud as the tables are close together."
"It's not a perfect French restaurant, but it's a very good one, worth 5 stars. Great location, nice and stylish internal design. Good service. I started with the steak tartare. Beef was chopped (not grinded, which is right because you can better preserve the meat's texture and flavor). It was served with Dijon mustard, toasts, cornichons, olives, a marinated onion, and veggies. Just perfect. Even without a quail egg. Then I continued with Filet Mignon, which was served very thick (I cannot recall such a thick fillet), tender, and perfectly cooked to medium-rare. For the desert, I ordered Crème Brule, which was really good."
"Do not waste your time and money at the Hyatt. Do yourself a favor and come here for amazing drinks. The best bartender in town."
"Food is good although I like my food temperature hot. Presentation is good and portions were ok. The onion soup was mostly bread with little broth. I prefer my deviled eggs on the colder side rather than warm. Chef was accommodating. I ordered the salmon Benedict with the English muffins on the side. That was delicious. Service was attentive. The downside was the French scramble eggs. It was hard scrambled instead."
