"I would not recommend this agency. I came here after switching from another agency because they had a slightly cheaper rate than who I was with. When I first called rami was the agent that helped and was easily accessible everytime I called then as soon as I switched over he disappeared and could never get ahold of him again even after leaving voicemails. I needed to add a new vehicle and couldn't get ahold of anyone. After I finally got the vehicle added it took a month to get an email for the esign documents so who knows if my vehicle was actually covered! When calling no one ever answers the phone and the voicemail lists extenstions for rami someone else (can't think of his name off hand) and Sonia. Sonia was the only one that returns calls and is very nice but her accent is very hard to understand so ultimately I called around found another agency that's slightly cheaper and answers everytime I call!"
