"I came in with a list of what I needed but am new to car maintenance and have never owned these tools and therefore have little practical knowledge of them or what they look like. I researched the names/specifications I needed before coming in, and listed off specifically which tools and bits I needed, showed dude the list and everything multiple times to double check I would have everything I needed. He took the time to upsell me on a set that had way more than I’d be using for my task, told me it had everything I needed and more, and somehow I still managed to be missing a necessary tool when I got home and tried to get to work. Really disappointing, I won’t be trusting them again."

"Extremely unprofessional, to the point of being dishonest, customer service. I wanted to return a couple of items that I had bought from a different branch, not only that the salesperson didn't accept the items, but falsely kept blaming their system. Later on, I learnt that she didn't take items as returns reflect poorly on the performance of the store! Just because of that I had to go half-an-hour drive one way to the store I had actually bought the items from."

"Last night our motorcycle broke down. We walked to this shop. The manager went above and beyond helping us locate a battery and then drove us to another store to pick it up. Then he took us back to the bike and helped us put in the battery. Customer service at its finest. Thanks so much!!"

"I will only come to this advance auto parts forever I showed up here at 9:01 I needed to get some packages mailed for UPS they were close my wife would’ve killed me this nice gentleman took them for me I appreciate it so much I did not catch his name he’s tall he’s got short dreads and he’s a good dude and I appreciate it and if you’re his boss and you read this give him a raise. I will be buying my auto parts here and shipping my UPS hear from now on"
