Joe patiently answered all my questions and even provided me with some useful tips and tricks to complete the job and ideas for future maintenance."

"This store 10202 W. Silver spring Drive Milwaukee Wisconsin 53225 is supposed to be open 24 hours. I got here at 11:47 p.m. but the doors were locked. The employees come in and out but they lock the doors behind themselves and won’t let any customers in. I asked if the store was 24 hours and they said yes. I asked why it was not open to customers then and the employee told me angrily that they were doing a shift change. I asked how long that will take and he said they’d be done by 12:15, which was about a 30 minute wait for me. So I waited. It is now 12:24 and they still have not opened the store. This happens often. If your sales are down at this store on a regular basis during this time this is why. This is a huge inconvenience to customers and a total waste of time to come here at this time even though the store is supposed to be open. This happens so often that I was compelled to write this very truthful negative review. This is bad for the Autozone brand, discourages customers, and benefits nobody but these lazy employees. Please do something about this as it is very frustrating."

"Was having trouble with my truck charging system - needed the alternator tested. I called ahead and talked to Shaun W. - He assured me they could get it tested and to bring it in. When I arrived the MOD tried to tell me that the 1 person they had trained in the store to do that test wasn’t there, and they wouldn’t be able to do it. Even scolding Shaun for telling me over the phone to come in. The young man Shaun said he absolutely knew how to test it. He was resilient and it was great to see a young man with drive. Another guy Joe B. came from the back room to help try and troubleshoot my problem after the alternator tested out fine. Both gentleman helped tremendously and wanted to find a solution to my problem. The MOD however talked down to them and treated Shaun poorly. That’s not how you keep workers around that are actually trying to help the customers you have! Well done Shaun and Joe! 5 ⭐️for you guys. Thank you for your help today!"
