"For what your paying its super worth it. Most of the inconveniences come from dirty tenants, and the maids and staff do a great job with what they have. If all you’re looking for are the basics then this is the ideal place for the price."

"Room was acceptable and clean enough. Floors are never clearn enough. Motel with iron security gates. Location is in the North Old Sacramento area with nearby homeless people under the freeway. Check-in process was a bit staff-guarded - having me fill out forms to re-confirm no pets and noone else with me. Another form for my car although we're behind a security fence? Noone came to take my trash during 2 night stay."

"4 out of stars I'm giving them, as the service was friendly, and yes the lady was very friendly, and helpful. Although they could improve there supplies as I ask for batteries to replace in the remote control, and she didn't have any, and update there appliance, as our refrigerator was leaking. The door wouldn't stay closed. The location was great for truck drivers as there is plenty of parking, and convenient as there is am pm and an Indian restaurant there that I have been wanting to try. As well plenty parking for other visitors. I think that they would improve there building if they had more service, as the price afford especially the location, as I've been to worse places then this. That you staff and keep up the good work."

"Decapitated!!! Shower drizzles cool water, let it run for an hour; the sink is boiling. One of my towels had skid-marks on it (after I requested towels, none at check in). Run down, bad TV, scuffed walls, bedding..., nervous and scratch writing on the mirror. The lady in the office was awesome and friendly! (Probably, to be able to rent a room). I know it's not the Hilton, but damn! As a truck driver; I expect 'at least', hot water and clean towels. Oh, and customer laundry was "broken". "Disappointed!" Ref: A Fish called Wanda movie"

"This location wasn't like any other Motel 6's we've stayed at. There was no bolting lock on the door. The room was not cleaned properly. The bathtub was filthy. There was trash all over the property. I recommend skipping this one and drive the extra miles to another location."
