"I recently had the pleasure of visiting the best tattoo and piercing shop in town, and I couldn't be more impressed with my experience. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted by friendly and knowledgeable staff who made me feel right at home. The shop itself boasts a clean and open spacing with lots of sunlight, creating a comfortable and inviting setting. What truly sets this shop apart, however, is the exceptional service provided by Morgan and Ashley. Not only are they incredibly skilled at their craft, but they also have the best bedside manner. Their attention to detail and commitment to customer satisfaction is truly commendable. I had previously endured a terrible experience at another shop, but Ashley and Morgan came to the rescue. They expertly corrected a botched nostril piercing, leaving me feeling relieved and grateful. Their professionalism and expertise speak volumes, and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anyone in need of top-notch tattoo or piercing services. Overall, my visit to this shop was nothing short of exceptional, and I will definitely be returning for all my future tattoo and piercing needs. "For context, I'm writing this review a few months late because I wasn't originally going to post it but have grown the courage to! I came in last year to get a bridge piercing done by Morgan and was told I don't have the correct anatomy to get it done (which was untrue, as I've had this piercing done before with no rejection and now have it repierced from another lovely shop). So since they wouldn't pierce my bridge, Morgan asked if they could give me another piercing. I didn't really want another one but I caved and chose to get my vertical labret done. They took me into another room and pierced me with little to no pain and when I looked in the mirror, I honestly was so sad to see they didn't pierce where they marked and gave me a short barbell. The top balls of vertical labret piercings are supposed to be right where the top lip closes onto the bottom lip, and mine was right in the middle of my bottom lip. I went out, paid about $100 (which is pricey), and left quite unhappy to remove my piercing. As you can see I bled quite a lot taking it out (which has never happened to me when taking out a freshly done piercing). Overall I was let down by their consultation, wrongly placed piercing of my lip, and high prices. I do not recommend this shop."
