Walgreens

"Jesse is very rude. I walked from lake avenue to Walgreens, and was told at 11:48pm they're closing in 3 minutes although the store is open technically until 12:00am midnight. Also, I work full time and make $18/hr and will always pay for my merchandise, so don't be assuming that everybody who walks into the store is a thief because standing at the doors and literally starring at each customer while they enter the store is not very kind. In fact it just makes you look rude and makes the customer feel unwelcomed to shop at your location Also, you're pharmacy needs improvement! On the dexcom website it states that all diabetics are now covered under Medicare for the Dexcom G7. The fact that your pharmacy has cancelled my life saving medical supplies for over a year without filling it "due to insurance issues" is not okay, nor is it okay to deny coverage of backup glucometer and test strips for when dexcom fails or am out. Not easy being a type 1 diabetic with pharmacy staff that does the bear minimal and will obviously refuse to work with your insurance to find solutions etc. I've been type 1 diabetic since age 3 and my doctor has even deemed the Dexcom G7 as medically necessary"

"Sat in drive through for way to long. Only one other car there. Last time I ever go here. Many other options then to go to Walgreens. I'm done."

"This store locks the doors to the public restrooms after 8pm, refusing customer access to basic amenities. Employee's were rude. It was stated that the cleaning products used are so strong they need to be locked overnight. As a former worker in janitorial, I am well versed in cleaning products..there is non to my knowledge that needs to be left overnight after cleaning. I was outright lied to. Absolutely unacceptable."

"Wasted an hour+ after work because their online vaccine systems don't match the store. They didn't have the vaccination I needed even though the online system said they did. Also the employee took 20 mins+ to find my insurance on their system. Waste of time I wouldn't expect to get the shot you need unless you go there and check what they have for sure. Their systems are horrible"
