"This stores security is absolutely rude and out of line! I'm visibly shaking for the second time leaving this store. They mistook me for the wrong person for the second time. The first time ripping my shirt after I spent 500$ on cabinetry. They then apologized multiple times but again today I was harassed for absolutely no reason their sucurity following me all the way to my truck taking pictures of me?? I am a contractor in the area and I spend thousands of dollars at this store. They need to get their 17 year old rentacop undercontroll before a lawsuit ensues. I do Not recommend this hardware store."
"Should teach the employees at order pick-up to be respectful to customers, doesn't give a drive out receipt, doesn't say have a good day or anything, just brings our order out and doesn't say a word. Employee first name is Amber, we picked up a upper cabinet"
"I do love the different items this store offers. I shop here a decent amount. Working here is a different story. I have heard you will be fired for speaking about unions. A lot of the people are nice and will help when you need assistance finding things. All in all it's an okay store. I've never bought anything electronic from here that worked for more than a week despite the brand name. The tools would be the best part of the merchandise and the cost of wood is the best around that I have found. The rebate system is pretty nice since their prices are already good compared to competitors. You do get to shop a half hour earlier than everyone else if you're a contractor. Lots of pros and cons, but not bad enough to stop me from going there. I do also like all of the old school toys."
"They have just about anything you need here. I asked a guy for help finding a couple things and he told me the isle and exactly where on the shelf I would find my items in different parts of the store. Glad for that because it is a large store."
