"I made an appointment for a root touch up yesterday. After 4 hours !!! My hair is fried and was dyed and bleached and still ended with the wrong color. I simply wanted my root retouched. I worked very hard to achieve a natural looking ginger color. I loved my hair when I came in. I absolutely hate it now. It is frizzy and fried and all the wrong color. Completely uneven. I could not be more disappointed. Cherry on top, I was not offered so much as a glass of water in the 4 !!! Hours I was there. I would give 0 stars if at all possible. I had to run to a store and get hair dye before I went home. I travelled two hours to go to this salon for a simple treatment before I start classes again. I am so upset. Do not recommend."
