"Some old white guy that works there at night is Hella rude, told me to leave after I had been a paying customer, I was just parked in the parking lot when no one else was there, they need to fire him. I had a long drive back to oroville and was just taking a break watching you tube and eating the snacks I bought not bothering anyone, seems kind of racist towards me because I'm Mexican, he was also yelling at another guy that bought a coffee."

"Always excellent customer service. Always coffee too. Very well stocked and constant efforts are made to keep this store clean. The traffic through there is very high. They are the only 7-11 that I have seen go through all of the fresh bake pizzas (that has to be 40 pizzas). They quickly restocked and happily baked me a meat combo. Fantastic attitudes, and a real desire to offer the best customer service. Keep up the great work. PS. I apologize, I think I may have inadvertently littered. I set my coffee on my handlebars while loading the pizza and realized that I didn't have it 5 minutes into the drive. I don't remember throwing it in the trash can. If it is in the parking lot, it was not intentional."

"Seems like all the employees here are junkies.. Ordered and paid for tacquitos, and the guy started helping the next person instead of getting the tacquitos. He said I was "all good" like I should leave and I had to remind him that I was waiting for my food. Which, by the way, had probably been sitting on the rollers for a good few hours past when they first dried out and got stale."

"Consistent awesome customer service, I totally love going to this location. Great staff! I feel safe going into this store and they have so many people in and out that I don't understand how anyone could say food is bad. It is usually sold out. I've been patronizing this store for over 4 years consistently because I live close by. Keep up the great work!"

"The owner is insensitive with poor communication and people skills. Other than him (and Carmen) there is Great service from a polite and trained staff. Considering the riff raft that seem to gravitate to 7-Elevens this is the nicest and safest in Santa Cruz."
