"The nurses in CNA's and technicians all seem to be pretty nice, but whatever doctor it is that is misusing anti psychotic drugs, needs to get in trouble! Also They kind of seem to be lagging on recovery efforts so that patients can get back on their feet.. cha-ching!!!!"

"This place is horrible, my dad was a patient and they do not seem to care for Patients and familys. They let you sit in your own bodily fluids, hardly check the chart we had to call and talk to the charge nurse multiple times to have them do anything. The case worker ginger is not that bright, forgot she has spoken to my mother on the phone the day prior, would give false hope of having things done but nothing was ever actually planned. Waited 45 minutes for a respiratory therapist when my dad felt like he couldn’t breath, hardly got physical therapy when that was the main thing they promised he’d get before we had him transferred, ginger told him that’s not why he’s here, he was their so they could take him off of his trac. Once they took it out they were ready to push him out the door when he still couldn’t walk on his own, yet they off and promise physical and occupational therapy. Turned off my dad‘s life-saving medicine three times, which if he didn’t realize it he would not be here. I would never ever send any other loved one there. Most of the works don’t even speak to you or the patient they just start poking and doing vitals. While he was trying to use the bed pan they walked in and tried taking his vitals and he had to tell them to stop so he could finish. Their is no communication between the nurses, doctors, and case managers."

"My husband had a scheduled bronchoscopy as an outpatient. It was done at Vibra because Sutter was fully booked until 2024. We had an EXCELLENT experience at Vibra. Many thanks to the nurses, Loida and Luzven for their excellent care. The doctor, Dr. Hayat, was competent and communicated the steps he was going to take. I was contacted by phone, as I was away from the facility, with the results of the procedure and the next steps. We were very impressed with everything about our visit, from the two receptionists we interacted with, the cleanliness of everything in the facility, the professionalism of all staff including Crystal from Pulmonary, as well as the procedure itself. My husband had zero ill effects from it. We received good information regarding at home care and we received a follow up call the following day. Thanks to everyone at Vibra!"

Always asking if I need anything like a warm blanket, food, snacks, etc. My wounds are 95% successfully healed. I would definitely recommend Vibra. They want to help people go home happy. I've met the ambassador Sonia and from that first day she made me feel like I was family just like all the rest the case managers the nurses the doctors the kitchen staff the directors and the chiefs the charge nurse and house supervisors their community creates a great atmosphere even if there's some rough edges that need to be smoothed out they get the job done."
