"This place has gone downhill. It used to be great but now service is horrible. Requested for X-rays, got charged $5 for asking for our own records. I requested that it be uploaded to the portal right away and was told it will be there in 10 minutes. Two days after, I call because I still don’t see the document there. The X-rays were then uploaded which would make this my 4th call requesting for it. No one seems to be on top of online requests. Additionally, they charged me hundreds of dollars for anesthesia even though my insurance covers it. I call and ask them to bill my insurance, I was told by the billing department that they’re not allowed to call insurance. I mean the incompetence just gets worse. No one seems to know how to do their jobs. In addition, in preparation for wisdom teeth extraction, they sent 2 different types of antibiotics to the pharmacy. When I picked it up, the pharmacist asked me to clarify because who gives two sets of antibiotics? I called and sure enough, major incompetence there. I could’ve given my son a double dose of antibiotics if not for the pharmacist’s warning. I just can’t."
