"The worst workers ever! Got into my first car accident. And got the worst adjuster Ashley ever! She never replies back, never gives me a phone call back, never sends me any emails. When I asked them to change my adjuster they said that they can’t do it because of company policy. 5 months later I still have an open claim with them. I wish you would never have claims with them."

"Great alternative to DMV. I have started using AAA to handle DMV services. You can make an appointment, wait in a comfortable area, and also handle any AAA services, too. I really prefer going there."

"Interesting when I asked about adding a car to my insurance two of the officers told me I can call a number. The second one next to actually handed me a card to call. I asked if they can’t do it themselves and they replied “yes , whatever is easier for you”. I said well talking to you right now is easier obviously lol. It was not busy either. No I never added car or home insurance. Probably would be more expensive anyways - but I wouldn’t know because of poor service. Or maybe calling and talking to a robot for 5 minutes is suppose to be easier these days then in person human. I could be just out of the loop? But AAA still gets 4 stars."
