"'21/7 1st time patron/review: -- What a delightful jewel located in a historic winery district right on the western outskirts of the city of Rancho Cordova-- downstairs (Suite 100) in two story brick building with nice, sit down restaurant right across the parking lot. -- Small, cozy, ~50 seat theater that hosts improv comedy (every other Tues 7:30pm start), and plays (see website). -- Simple theater seating/chairs (lower row with arms, upper without) on three sides. -- Small siting, waiting foyer area. But no food/drinks served as of this review. -- Simple, but proficient lighting & sound. -- Can get warm in theatre during performance."
