"Horrible. Purchased tickets for an 1130am show today, and the “assistant manager”, Janice refused to swap tickets for the 1140am instead due to their policy requiring any swaps be made within 15 minutes of the original movies start time… As an assistant manager without any name tag, uniform or identification, when asked to be shown the policy she was unwilling to show where it could be found and demonstrated a very unpleasant unprofessional experience. Fortunately, the theatre on consumes was willing to swap tickets without an issue. I have never been to this theatre prior to today and definitely will never return."

"Mixed feelings about this place. As a ten year customer this place is a hit or miss. This time the Theater room was clean and reclining seats a plus but squeaky. The men’s restroom stink of old piss, floors sticky, urinals were out of order and all that at 9am on a Saturday morning… Plus how you going to sell stuff with missing item. Not going to lie but definitely feel ripped off. Didn’t know at the time but I bought collectible Dune popcorn bucket with drink for $31 just to find out later at home that I was supposed to get a lid in shape of worm too. So very disappointed collection is incomplete. Display didn’t have lid too so I guess my fault but still they shouldn’t charge full price or even sell incomplete set. Very misleading. Probably won’t go back getting tired of the inconsistent experiences."

"Cool staff at the time, friendly, clean, and respectful. Comfortable seats, decent food. I did not know they served margaritas. Pretzel sticks were really good, and of course, the movie pop corn."

"Better than most, still require a membership to get good new movie deals . It's Either Regal rewarded or a Cinemark movie pass. The movie pass is great if your an avid movie goer, giving you discounts on concessions stands, a free movie on your birthday and regular discounts on premier movies for just 23.99 a month. Literally about 2 new movies purchases pays for itself."

"The theater is older, but they did an excellent job of installing the reclining chairs. Since it is an older theater, I’m going to go easy on the decor and call it classic. The cool part is the staff was friendly and helpful when purchasing concessions. During the time went, it seemed like we were the only people buying snacks. They had everything in abundant supply, so no empty snack shelves. We even saw the staff sweeping behind the counter, which shows the management's attention to cleanliness. All in all, it was an excellent theater to see a show. No need to drive all over town when this theater is right in the south Sacramento community. It"
