"Not impressed. Called 12/27/23 and the person who answered was pretty unprofessional. Sounded like she was at home with her kids, and I thought I'd gotten the wrong number. Oh well, I thought, holiday week and all, maybe she's working from home. She forwarded my number to Ben. We connected shortly after. He explained he had an appointment in Oronoco 12/28 at 10 am but could meet after. I asked him to pick a time that would work, he chose 1:00. My husband and I got to the office 5 minutes early. It was open, but the only person there we could see was a teen who explained she was just there to clean. No one at the reception desk. Ok... We decided to sit and wait in the reception area, but after 10 minutes with no one (Ben's office was open, lights on, no one there) we'd had it. I found the teen and asked she tell Ben we left. He called at 1:27. Said he "guessed" we were probably the ones who'd been there and that we could swing back through as he'd be there until 5. What??? We had an appointment that YOU chose, dude! You blew us off, with no phone call, no apology. If this is how they do business I'm amazed they're still open. We'll be taking our business elsewhere."

"My insurance agent is Laura. She is absolutely wonderful to work with and I’ve been with her a handful of years now. Laura is always profession and friendly. Usually with companies you have to call and leave a message but Laura is prompt with answering her phone and helping me understand my insurance questions, even when they seem silly. Most recently I had a rock chip my windshield. Laura did everything for me, even scheduled the appointment. Laura is respectful and makes the insurance world less stressful for me. She shops around for the best deals every year so I don’t have to. I recommend Laura to anyone wanting to take the stress out of figuring insurance out on your own and having someone on your side. "previous person must have caught Laura on a good day. Very unprofessional! Got met by a dog at the door. Then she took me into her office and shut the door. She must have had enough perfume on to float a boat! and she kept checking her watch every 5 minutes. not happy with the service. I will go elsewhere."
