"Walked in planning on getting shoes for my daughter. Literally 3 employees walked by me with no greeting no asking if they could help me find anything. I was like the only customer! Very poor customer service. Went to foot locker was greeted as soon as I walked in. Chose to spend my money there instead."
"The staff were very polite and knowledgeable. I was able to get a pair of shoes that fit and feel good without delay. The employees were definitely working as a team. They were working as a team to help me and my significant other but they were also working as a team to keep the store clean with disinfectants to make sure everyone was safe. This was an excellent experience as it made me feel safe and good about shopping there. I have been going to this store for many years and I will continue for many more to come. Thanks again to the staff at Champs Sports for doing a excellent job!!!!"
