"Worst experience shopping here and also the employees gave me shoes but in a color I did not choose when I came back to return the shoe the next day I was told to put the girl shoe on my son by a gay manager because hes not giving me a return or refund even with the receipt that i bought the shoe the day before ... I believe honestly the gay manager was offended I didn't want to put a girl shoe on my child rather then handle his job correctly and that really offended me and my 4yr old son I decided to give the shoes away to another customer who was shopping for shoes in the store with his daughter and I left very disappointed and offended I felt harassed to dress my son as a women my son also felt that way and he's only a 4 yr old child"

"Horrible! Chose this store because I assumed the associates would measure my grandson's feet and make sure the shoes fit properly. Never helped until we waved an associate down. The store was not busy. Then my grandson was given one shoe to try on, when we asked for the other shoe we were told we could only have one at a time. After I asked for the manager and offering for them to physically hold my credit card, was my grandson given the other shoe so he could walk around in both at the same time. The associates were either talking to their friends or watching groups of young adults wonder in and out. Do not assume all customers are thieves. I will never shop at this location again."

"Was there getting shoes for my child, was told at the front doors to wait due to there being too many people in the store.. not a friendly attitude either by the young lady with pink hair. Then as people left we attempted to walk in, then was basically yelled at by the young lady that we couldn't come in yet. I understand help is hard to find but teach your employees respect for all people especially that lady. Once in the store the men were nice and somewhat helpful. I'll be shopping online from now on, to avoid going in there!"
