"Love hot topic, and normally have had good experiences, but the staff here were kinda rude, ignored me during the whole checkout process and just chit chatted to each other. I get it, chatting with coworkers is nice, but if you are the only cashier open please don't get angry at me and make me feel like a problem when I would like to simply buy a shirt :("

"I come here every once in a while with my dad when I want a new shirt or Hot Topic collectible, and every time I shop here the staff is always super kind and willing to help. One staff member was very patient when I was porting my Hot Topic account on my new phone. Even though I kept checking my phone, they were patient and told me to take my time. They also have a very nice selections of items, especially on their website. While I wish the actual store had a larger selection of items, it's still fun to look around to see what they have in stock. I got some of my favorite clothing items from the store, like the one in the picture. If you like stores with items from fandoms, I would recommend coming here :)"
