Zimbrick Hyundai West

"I originally bought my vehicle from Zimbrick Hyundai East and always had excellent service, I should have just stuck with them. Every experience I’ve ever had with Zimbrick Hyundai West has been a disaster. In 2022 my car needed a new engine and Zimbrick Hyundai West was closer than Zimbrick Hyundai East so I had it towed to the West dealership. I wasn’t even mad they had my car for 2 months. I was mad that I picked my car up from them when it was ready and it had been torn apart by a raccoon or opossum that they let live in my car while they had it and then didn’t even try to hide it by cleaning it up (literally animal paw prints on my seats). When I mentioned it to them I asked them for proof of the condition it arrived in when it had been towed to them they said that normally they get images and video as part of their procedure but my car had been too far away from building for their devices to get WiFi so they didn’t take any. You don’t even need WiFi to take photos and video. But they were SO nice to offer to take it through a car wash and vacuum it but “by no means would they do a full clean/detail for me”. At this point I just wanted to be done with them and was not taking more time off of work to have them not even fix the mess they created. So I SCRUBBED the interior of my car down myself. Fast forward a year and a half and now I need copies of my paperwork showing the work that was done and the dates they had my car at the dealership, as in when they received it and when the work was done, for my claims for a class action lawsuit Hyundai has going on right now. They can provide documents for the work but they can’t provide the dates they actually had my car there because they have nothing stating that information. Hyundai even tried calling them, a HYUNDAI dealership, to get that information from them and they hung up on them. I highly suggest taking your vehicle anywhere but here."

Finance dept was efficient; no fast talking, wheeling and dealing that warps your brain! IT support was just right. He didn't talk to me like I had never seen a computer before.
