"I would give them zero stars but that’s not an option I got an alignment done and my car came out worse than when it went in. I took it to a shop. I was told everything is loose. They didn’t tighten it up. I went back in to tell them because they don’t answer the phone. Me and my son almost died on the freeway because my right tire was going right while I was going straight, I went in they told me everything is fine. They were very rude and told me I should’ve had my mechanic fix it then . Why would I have someone else fix something they messed up .i jumped on the freeway and it did the same exact thing. Don’t recommend them at all and the people I spoke to were very rude. The only answer they can give me is have my mechanic fix it then."
"This tire place is the WORST I've ever been. Save your time, and money, please DO NOT go to this place. I brought my car there to have all my tires replaced. On my way back from the shop, I got stuck on the road, the tires they put on were even WORST than the ones I had. I had to tow the car. They refused to give me a refund and were extremely rude. I repeat, NEVER bring your car to this shop, you will waste your time, and money. They do a poor labor and will over charge you. I'll NEVER bring my car back there. There are hundreds of better options in the Milwaukee area than this low class tire shop. Save your Time, money, and avoid any type of hassle, DO NOT GO THERE."
"I went here to have three tires put on. When I went back to get my last tire put on one of the guys broke my tire key and played like they just couldn’t get my tire off! The key was fine when I got the other tires put on and they were the only people who used the tire key."
"Place was great the first couple years I went there. Recently went, got a tire replaced and noticed a shake afterwards that got worse and worse to the point where it was undriveable. Had it towed to a shop and they let me know the same wheel I had them work on was really loose and about to fall off. On another occasion they called me to let me know my car was finished, so 10 minutes later I show up and all the doors are closed and locked. Had to wait an extra 2 hours to get my car back from them. So yeah, probably not gonna come back or recommend to anyone else."
