"On Thursday the 22nd me my three kids and boyfriend walked into the store looking for a particular hat the worker was very rude! When we walked in he was helping someone else. When it came to our turn my boyfriend asked about the hat and the worker said “he” didn’t have any “he” sold the last a few days ago he then walked off then said from a distance “nothing leaves this store without a receipt” as if someone was going to bring their three small children into the store to steal a hat!!!! So rude we did see a hat that we wanted but after that comment we left the store entirely! What worker sits there and makes comments about stealing to customers???? He was never even gave a reason to even believe someone was going to steal! Going to be looking into contacting someone higher about this matter very upset and disgusted in the behavior of this grown man that acted like a child!!!"

"The guys who claims to be the GM and the store owner is a loose cannon. I have a huge review to write so stayed tuned. He basically said he was providing a refund and didn't do it and closed the store immediately after. "Went here the other day to look for a birthday gift the manager was extremely nice helped me with a lot of options took the time to help me figure out customization and even gave me some super awesome suggestions! If you go in definitely speak to Kent he is great and really knows what he's doing. Will be back because of his customer service. The last time that I went in here about a year ago it was really bad glad I gave it another shot."

"1/24/2022:Great store but they still haven’t fixed the phone so you can’t ever get a hold of anybody! It’s been over a month and I have alerted them a couple times now their phone does not work. I called lids.com and they said they can’t do anything about it so that tells me a lot about training & management. But they do do a good job here and stitching and things like that for custom work. U PDATED REVIEW Date: 5/15/22: Update to review dated 1/26/22: So the store phone finally started working and was fixed almost 4 months later in the month of may. I cant do 5 stars tho b/c the store has limited quantities and sizes available. If a specialty item comes out, whatever corp sends the store, that is what they have. So they my not get all the things u see on the Lids website. Also this store s going thru a management change the end of this week (5/5/20/22). The mgr leaving was tired of working 10-12 hr days all the time with no free time like the last mgr's that left.The person leaving is the only person that knows how to do stitching.. So that could be a problem when he is gone at the end of the week until someone gets trained in or well... another store mgr shows up to stitch and train a employee. Due to the strange inventory- No hockey hats? Maybe 1 or 2?! Limited jersey's. Lack of certain fitted hats/sports/teams.. .still just a 3 star rating. Employees are always nice and helpful. But if you want a team hat fitted and are driving a long ways to just go to this store- I would call first cuz to order off the web would be your best bet if you know your hate size."
