"Terrible experience. Ordered a hoodie for my wife’s Christmas present. It was a size too small. I called customer service and was told they would email me a return label and then I could order a larger size. The email never came. I called back and was told by a lady that the item was non-returnable. After telling her I just wanted to exchange it for a bigger size and would pay the extra shipping, she told me I couldn’t exchange it either and that I am stuck with a $50 hoodie that doesn’t fit. This is a terrible company and I will never purchase from them again."

"Placed an online order but received an email saying the order couldn't be fulfilled, with no further explanation. It said I can't get an explanation by email but must call them. I live overseas, so I'm not making an overseas phone call. This is really weak. Why no explanation by email?? (Yes, I know the store itself is closed, but the website says you can still order online.) Not shopping here again."
